Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing
The objective of this qualification is to prepare learners for employment as a food handler working in a manufacturing environment, or to support a role in the workplace. This qualification is aimed at food handlers working on-board ships. The qualification is intended for learners either already working in onboard catering, or are preparing to work in the industry. This qualification is aimed at individuals working in, or preparing to work in, any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol. This qualification is suitable for learners working or preparing to work in retail or in premises offering age-restricted products and/or services.
