Eligibility
Living in RCT, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent or Newport
Aged 25 and over and unemployed for more than 12 months or Unemployed and not claiming benefits or Aged 16-24 and not in employment, education or training.
